QUESTIONS? FOR IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE PLEASE CALL ONE OF OUR FRIENDLY DENTAL CARE COORDINATORS AT (706) 395-0004!

In an effort to continue to offer our patients the newest and safest technology, our dental office has implemented cone beam 3D diagnostic technology. This technology surpasses the traditional two-dimensional technology, such as digital X-rays and standard film, in many ways. The benefits of cone beam 3D technology include:

  • 3D XRaysMore accurate images
  • Less exposure to harmful radiation
  • Potential to recognize serious problems earlier
  • More cost-effective for both the patient and the dentist
  • Better patient understanding of their dental health
  • Data-sharing software to easily send pertinent information to the patient’s general practitioner
  • Images taken in an open environment, increasing patient comfort

With cone beam 3D imaging can be more precise in diagnosing dental problems, including conditions that are more difficult to diagnose with traditional X-rays. Cone beam 3D diagnostic imaging also helps our dentists predictably and successfully place dental implants. We can utilize cone beam 3D imaging to assist in planning and completing several types of treatment, including dental implants, root canal treatment, and more.

Dear Patients and friends,

Our office has made the decision to temporarily suspend operations for all elective dental procedures and new patients. We have come to this decision based on available facts from the CDC, recommendations from dental associations around the country, and in keeping with our commitment to the safety of our patients and employees.

We are operating in the abundance of caution in our decision, as this is a situation we have not yet faced before.

Dental work that is non-essential and non-emergent will be postponed until further notice, and we will call to reschedule any pending appointments.

If a dental emergency arises, and you are a patient of record, Dr. Perpall will be available to come into the office and use proper protocol (as we normally do) to care for immediate needs or concerns. If you have a non-urgent concern, please leave a voicemail at our office line at 706-395-0004 or e-mail us at smiles@riverwatchdental.com .

If you have an emergency that you would like to speak to Dr. Perpall about, or you have a problem that needs to be immediately addressed please call 706-395-0004 and leave a message stating your need and Dr. Perpall will call you back.

We appreciate your understanding during this time. We will continue to be in touch as this situation develops in regard to re-opening the office again.

Sincerely,

David M. Perpall
